Step 2: Order Hardware

We make sure you know that we don’t just toss out your old system. We’ll keep it around so you can use it as a point of reference during training. You can always use it to pull sales data from in the following few weeks while the new system builds data.

For others, another day or two of training is required to ensure all aspects of the new system have been looked at.
By day 2 you should be feeling a bit more comfortable with your new POS system, but there will still be plenty to learn. We’ll continue training you in real time as customers are checking out, and in the downtime we’ll go over things like invoicing, gift cards, and wholesale.
You can bring in different employees on day 2 to take a look at the new system and ask questions to your Cheers representative. We are always more than happy to walk as many of your team members through the process as needed.
Depending on how many employees need training, and how comfortable you feel with the system, we may stay for another half day to continue going through the myriad features of Cheers POS. This could include inventory counting and ordering, printing shelf tags, and purchasing.
